A video call lets us see your baby's environment, observe feeding positions in real time, and walk through your daily routine together — all from the comfort of your own home. Many parents find that being in their own space actually helps them feel more relaxed and open, making the session even more productive. Cris has extensive experience supporting families remotely and will make sure you leave with clear, practical guidance.
We can troubleshoot a wide range of newborn hurdles. This includes setting up realistic daytime routines, identifying and managing reflux, colic, or wind, optimising your nursery for safe and settled sleep, and refining your bottle or breastfeeding positions.
It helps to jot down your main concerns beforehand. Feeding times, sleep windows, or anything that's been worrying you. If you can, keep a rough diary of the previous 24 hours (feeds, nappy changes, sleep). Don't worry about having things perfect; we'll take it from wherever you are.
Breastfeeding
Weaning from the breast is a process best done gradually, and Cris can support you through it at a pace that works for both you and your baby. We'll talk through how to drop feeds, manage engorgement, and introduce bottles or cups in a way that keeps your baby settled.
Yes, whether you're combination feeding, exclusively formula feeding, or introducing a bottle to a breastfed baby, Cris can guide you on paced bottle feeding, teat flow, winding techniques, and how to pick a formula that suits your baby's needs.
Sleep & Routines
We start with your baby's current day, feeding pattern, awake windows, sleep environment, and wind-down cues. From there, Cris will put together a gentle, age-appropriate routine that works with your baby's natural rhythms rather than against them. There's no one-size-fits-all approach, and no pressure to use any method you're not comfortable with.
